These terms govern your rental booking with Mongol.Rent. Please read them before submitting a request. This is placeholder copy pending legal review.

1. Eligibility

The primary driver must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver's licence recognised in Mongolia for the full rental period. A passport or national ID is required at pick-up.

2. Booking & confirmation

Submitting a request does not guarantee a vehicle. Bookings are reviewed and confirmed manually; your dates are reserved only once you receive a confirmation email. No payment is taken at request time.

3. Payment & deposit

Prices are quoted in USD and shown in MNT for convenience at the current exchange rate. A refundable security deposit may be required at pick-up. Final amounts are confirmed on approval.

4. Insurance & liability

Each rental includes basic insurance. The renter is responsible for the excess/deductible and for damage caused by negligence, off-road misuse, or breach of these terms.

5. Driver requirements

Only drivers named on the booking may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers must be declared. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs voids all coverage.

6. Cancellation & changes

You may request changes or cancellation by replying to your confirmation email. Cancellation terms depend on how close to the pick-up date the request is made.
